 Material is good, but cut to large to useJan 18, 2008

When I openned the packaging I noticed immediately that the material is of the variety that goes on easily, produces few bubbles and is extremely clear. However, when installing I found it impossible to apply to the U810 screen correctly. Side to side, there is about 1.5mm gap on each side, allowing a small margin of error n applying. Unfortunately, there is NO repeat NO translated NADA room for error, top to bottom. It is cut exactly to the screen diemsions, meaning if you are as little as 0.1mm off in alignment the screen protector will rest on the plastic bevel around the screen. After 10 frustrating minutes of trying to get it on right, I finally succeeded, but unfortunately it had picked up enough dust floating through the air to make it look like crap.

I messed it up putting it on, but that was my error, not a fault of design. This was a bit expensive considering you can buy one for a bigger laptop for a fifth of the price and cut it down... but it was exactly as advertised. I threw it away cause I messed it up... be careful putting it on!
